The increase in the feeling of urban insecurity has justified self-segregation middle- and high-income layers society to fortified enclaves Fortaleza Metropolitan Region (RMF). main objective this paper is analyze fragmentation stretches/sectors with highest concentration “private condominiums” evaluate impacts resulting from expansion fragmenting enterprises socio-spatial fabric. Therefore, study indicates a change model dual segregation (center-periphery) towards pattern that been developing, primarily, small area eastern sector (neighborhood Lourdes), southeast parts south specific stretches municipalities Eusébio Aquiraz.
